All the filaments of the flocked toothbrush are fixed with metal pieces of brass or aluminum. Therefore, the toothbrush after use is
burned. It is incinerated without being collected as a recycled product.
Therefore, it cannot be recycled and is incinerated. As environmental problems become more serious, recycling is only a small part of it because of metals.

When I consulted with Mr. Makishima, who was in charge at the time about Sunstar, which I had a business with before, I was introduced to Mr. Watanabe, who is now the general manager of the general department, as a former subordinate.
When I visited and told them the synopsis, they were very pleased, so I would like to recommend this story beforehand.
Our business partner, Taisei Plus, is enthusiastic about research, so when I talked about the flat line, I was enthusiastic and sent the flat line that Takahashi Taira brought to me.
Since he has experience with plastics, he needs this mold, so for the time being, he is thinking of making a thin and long strip sample of about 20 cm, and then give it to Sunstar for trial production.
On January 12th, Toru Takahashi, president of Takahashi Heisen Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which has been manufacturing flat wires, which are fixators for toothbrush bristles, for two generations, visited our company.
Explained the situation.
On January 13th, there was a Levi interview on J-com's "Toothpick Library", and the mayor was also visited, and he was excited to see a toothpick from BC.
On February 21, designer Ishii and his colleague Mr. Hino from Tokyo visited the company. The wooden transport ring used by the founder in the early Shouwa period (1927)to create a round toothpick made of birch.
They donated the unique and wonderful display stand that was used.(Upper photo is display.lower is wooden basement)
Through the introduction of Mr. Ishii, who liked the triangular toothpicks in March, Mr. Ohara of EO Hikari and Mr. Oshima, president of Alex Film Company, visited us, showed us around the materials room, and later conducted a television interview. I've attached the image "Switch" below.
The product image was registered with J-GoodTeck, a web site operated by the SME Organization, an affiliated organization of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, for small and medium-sized enterprises. Five types of tooth peeling sponges, tongue cleaners, backfit toothbrushes, plaque staining tablets, and mirrors were registered in Japanese and English. I also posted a video on the peeling sponge and tongue cleaner. The reason for this was to convey the importance of oral care to people in Asia, as orders for dyed tablets came from Taiwan.
In April, I was interviewed by the Nikkei newspaper evening edition. The person who came was Mr. Enomoto Deputy Director. He was from Nosaku-cho (a neighboring village) in Kawachinagano, and remembers coming to the "Tsumayoji Reference Room" when he was in the third grade of elementary school. He usually proofreads articles written by young reporters, but this time he was nostalgic and covered it himself. He is very enthusiastic and sharp. It conveys a strong sense of local love. In addition to the newspaper article, we were also interviewed by TV in cooperation with Television Osaka, which is affiliated with the same company, and that they will be broadcasting "Easy News" from 16:30 on the day of publication of the evening edition. Where are the triangular toothpicks sold after the broadcast? We received a lot of inquiries, and we were surprised at the reaction on TV. It was the first time that both newspapers and television reported on what we were doing.
In response to Mr. Watanabe's request to visit Sunstar, I took him to Mr. Takeuchi's house on July 17th. Mr. Takeuchi cannot understand that he cannot say that he will do something because he is a member of a large organization.
On July 31st, he asked Mr. and Mrs. Namba to film an explanation of the metal-free toothbrush. He humbly explained that he was just lucky that such a large patent happened to be left at that time. I mailed the DVD made by Mr. Namba to Mr. Takeuchi.
When I visited on August 10, I was tearfully sued to buy both the metal-free toothbrush patent and the metal-free brushes that were issued for all brushes other than toothbrushes issued after that for 10 million yen. seems that he realized that he
It seems that he realized that he was close to death and wanted to leave a large amount of money. He said the toothbrush industry is "price over environment" and will wait 20 years for patents to expire. On the other hand, it seems difficult to make the resin flat wire that Taisei Plus is requesting.
On August 14, I issued a written refusal of his purchase request. The resin flat wire requested to Taisei Plus on August 17th seems to be difficult, so I asked him to put it on hold.
Shunsuke Yamaguchi, who joined the company three years ago, left the company at the end of August due to the worsening health of Miyazaki's mother. With a peeling sponge and improvements to my three-wheeled commuting bicycle
He contributed. Our president sent out an application to Hello Work to register a computer, but was advised to send out a company PR flyer, which the company president created and posted.
A large order for mirrors has been received from the health insurance association. Fortunately, our boss ordered 100,000 units when he heard about mirrors last year. Use this to work
The remaining items are scheduled to arrive in mid-September. We believe that the fact that the mirror has dyed tablets allows for differentiation has been appreciated. This summer was especially hot, but everyone worked hard, so the president is planning to give out a special bonus just for this year.
