I received a request from Professor T.Sato of Tokyo Dental University who consulted Professor M.Otsuki in 2012 January to speak at the 30th Adhesive Dentistry Science Congress & Citizen Forum in Hakodate and had a pleasant experience. At that time, I consulted Professor M.Otsuki when I had breakfast at the hotel. It took 10 years to complete an English translation of “From toothpick to the world” published in 1998, but I asked him to introduce a native dental expert who will correct it.
